There is a moderate to high tilt in the odds favoring above average rainfall in the southern areas of the region from Cote d<92>Ivoire eastward to Benin. There is also a low to moderate tilt in the odds to favor above average rainfall across Togo and Benin and over the northern areas of Ghana. Climatology is expected elsewhere.
