Mandatory functions

The WMO RCC-Washington performs the following minimum set of mandatory functions, covering the domains of long-range forecasting, climate monitoring, data services and training for the entire WMO Regional Association IV (North America, Central America and the Caribbean), with a special emphasis on the Caribbean, Central America and Mexico.
