# General CDPW abstract form and process submission steps:
# 1) This form is submitted, email automatically sent to user as well as to a designated email(s)
# This is set in $adminEmails.
# 2) One of the admin emails should have a Google Spreadsheet that would contain form submission data
# 3) The designated admin Google Spreadsheet (step 2) can be shared with multiple people, but the Google script
# 'EmailToSpreadsheet' would only be associated with a designated account's spreadsheet. Then a cron (trigger)
# can be set in Google, or this script can be manually run to process emails. Emails are found by such items as
# set subject and whether a message has been starred or not to determine whether a messaged should be processed.
# 4) This Google script would find appropriate emails and insert them in the spreadsheet. messages that
# do not meet specific requirements or errors occur during processing is directed to another tab sheet
# in the Google spreadsheet used labeled 'attentionNeeded'. The main form tab is called 'formData'.
# Other requirements must be met for this processing flow to work, ie. Google script used to process
# must have an array of tags that match what is used in the email body to the organizer/admins.
# - Sometimes the organizer must authorize the Google script or resign in to their NOAA Google account
# - if the above occurs, or the Google script does not work, the spreadsheet and script should be closed
# and reopened if re-logged into email.
# - Changes in that spreadsheet should occur at a different time than the Google script would run to avoid
# editing issues
# - It is suggested that minimal moving around of rows and cells should occur in that spreadsheet to avoid
# changes that the Google server may not see. As long as the formatting is maintained in the spreadsheet
# and the script is not ran for a while afterward, then it should be okay to make some changes to the spreadsheet.
