About the Data:
The Climate Prediction Center daily (1200 - 1200 UTC) pan evaporation reports are from approximately 100 stations across the southern and mid western tier of the US in near real time (within 12 hours). The data include multiple sources across the US: NWS Cooperative Observer Network (COOP) via Weather Forecast Offices (WFO) and regional climate centers..
